Thanks for stopping by, I’m excited to have you! I’m Bri, a 20-something year old with a full belly & happy heart. The Common Crumb is an extension of my journey from college athletics to being in medical school, starting residency, & everything in between. It all began when I was a college student, creating simple, balanced recipes & has grown into much more. Food brings me so much joy & I especially love the way it brings people together.
I am passionate about health + happiness in all stages of life. Here on The Common Crumb, you can expect to find lots of yummy recipes, life tidbits (like transitioning from playing collegiate tennis into the the realities of adult-hood, or when I become a first time dog-mom), + more about my medical school experience. If you’re interested, you can read a little bit more about me!
I am passionate about health + happiness in all stages of life. My lifestyle + recipes are built on three main pillars:
Simplicity
We are all living busy lives. I’m a big believer in the more accessible & easier things are, the more likely we are to stick with it.
My goal is to make living a balanced lifestyle more approachable.
Sustainability
One of my favorite mottos is “whatever you can, whenever you can, with whatever you have.”
If you approach all of the challenges & stages of life with this motto, you will be able to make the most out of it. The understanding that few things are constants in life is essential.
Versatility
To suit different life stages, lifestyles, & preferences.
It’s not a one size fits all.
My recipes can be adapted to fit a variety of dietary preferences.
