Just three ingredients and it's so delectable 🤌🏼 P Just three ingredients and it's so delectable 🤌🏼
Perfect for your holiday spread to pair with a dessert, a cup of coffee, or even by the spoonful straight from the jar 😛🤪

What you’ll need:
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 4 tbsp (room temperature) butter
- 1/2 cup half + half
- optional: coarse sea salt

In a sauce pan, add sugar. Heat on low-medium heat, stirring constantly. After a few minutes, the sugar will start to crystalize. Continue to stir and the sugar will start to turn a golden brown. As you continue to stir, it will eventually turn into a more liquid consistency. Remove from the heat, add in butter and half and half and mix until well combined. The carmel will thicken as it cools. Option to mix in coarse sea salt for a salted caramel!
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Warm before using to create a thinner consistency.

What you'll need:
- Bread (any type works - preferably a french or Italian bread. Old and stale bread is fine!)
- Dried italian herbs
- Garlic powder
- Olive oil (or neutral flavored oil such as avocado oil)

Preheat oven to 400F. Cut or tear bread into desired size pieces - large or small, both work well! In a large mixing bowl, generously coat with oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and dried italian herbs. Mix well until bread is well coated.
Transfer to baking sheet and spread croutons such that it forms a single layer. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the bread starts to turn a golden brown. Remove from the oven and enjoy!

〰️
What you’ll need:
- 4 cups yellow onions (about 4-5 medium-large onions)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp butter
- 32oz beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- Thyme

In a large sauce pan or dutch oven, heat butter over medium heat then add in sliced onions and garlic. Cook until onions become translucent and starting to caramelize. Stirring often - every 30 seconds or so. It will likely take up to 30 minutes. Do not let the onions burn!
Once onions caramelize, add beef broth, wine and thyme. Let it simmer for about 25-30 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Once ready to serve - transfer to an oven safe dish. Top with cheese and broil until cheese starts to slightly brown and bubble. Remove from the oven and top with fresh bread or my herby croutons!
