Crispy Baked Tofu

This tofu is so crispy, you won’t even believe it’s not deep fried! It wonderfully takes on the flavors of any dish + is especially delicious served with my one-pan veggie lettuce wraps or over an Asian stir-fry with my creamy peanut soy sauce.

Crispy Baked Tofu

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Extra firm tofu
  • ½ cup All purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Seseme Oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Drain the tofu + cut into desired sized pieces. Do not press your tofu as you will use the moisture to your advantage!
  • In a bowl, combine the tofu, flour, soy sauce, + sesame oil. Mix until well combined + tofu is coated with the mixture.
  • Spread the tofu into a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes (or until crispy – depending on the size of your tofu), flipping halfway through.
