Preheat oven to 375F
Drain the tofu + cut into desired sized pieces. Do not press your tofu as you will use the moisture to your advantage!
In a bowl, combine the tofu, flour, soy sauce, + sesame oil. Mix until well combined + tofu is coated with the mixture.
Spread the tofu into a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes (or until crispy - depending on the size of your tofu), flipping halfway through.
