Herb Croutons
These homemade herb croutons are incredibly easy to make + only require 2 ingredients. You might even find yourself snacking on them throughout the day – their flavors are irresistible! For a simple, homemade caesar-inspired salad, serve them with my delicious creamy parmesan dressing.
Herb Croutons
Ingredients
- 1 Loaf French or Italian bread (day-old)
- ¼ c olive oil
- Italian seasoning blend
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cut Italian or French bread into desired size pieces. Day-old or stale bread works best!
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your bread cubes, olive oil, + seasoning. Mix until the bread is well coated.
- Spread the bread cubes along a greased baking sheet, forming an even layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy – depending on the size of bread cubes.
- Remove from the oven + let cool completely before serving!
