As the vegetables begin to soften, add the soy sauce + hoisin. Stir often, ensuring that the vegetables are uniformly cooked.
Once fully cooked, remove the skillet from the heat. Top with sesame seeds.
Serve warm on iceberg or butter lettuce + top with your choice of protein.
